β’ 5 years of employee relations or other related experience β’ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency β’ Experience in multi-state, multi-unit operations in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry β’ Preferred: merger, acquisition and/or divestiture experience β’ Preferred: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience β’ Preferred: PHR or SPHR Certification β’ Valid driverβs license
