Description

β€’ Function as a primary thought partner for assigned Operations Leadership teams β€’ Provide human capital consultation and guidance β€’ Monitor staffing levels, turnover and churn, and proper structure β€’ Work with Operations Leadership to root cause issues β€’ Facilitate ongoing Talent Strategy/Bench Strength and Succession Planning Sessions β€’ Participate in the development and facilitation of training on employee relations topics β€’ Serve as an Employee Relations expert β€’ Own assigned ER cases, documenting investigation findings β€’ Act as a champion for compliance β€’ Provide EEOC/Agency response and Federal/State Labor/Immigration Audit information β€’ Provide guidance on developing effective Professional Development Plans β€’ Deliver engagement survey results and assist in creating effective action plans β€’ Lead focus groups and other sessions to gather feedback from teams β€’ Manage the performance appraisal process and calibration β€’ Monitor the annual salary planning and equal pay analysis for all salaried managers

Requirements

β€’ 5 years of employee relations or other related experience β€’ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency β€’ Experience in multi-state, multi-unit operations in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry β€’ Preferred: merger, acquisition and/or divestiture experience β€’ Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience β€’ Preferred: PHR or SPHR Certification β€’ Valid driver’s license
