Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree. β€’ 3+ years' experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility. β€’ Experience collaborating with business management teams and forging strong relationships. β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly. β€’ Experience supporting and/or building materials for employee engagement, training, and onboarding/offboarding. β€’ Strong Google sheets and Excel proficiency. β€’ Previous experience with HR information systems. β€’ Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues. β€’ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams. β€’ Knowledge of BambooHR a plus.
