Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years' experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility. • Experience collaborating with business management teams and forging strong relationships. • Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly. • Experience supporting and/or building materials for employee engagement, training, and onboarding/offboarding. • Strong Google sheets and Excel proficiency. • Previous experience with HR information systems. • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues. • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams. • Knowledge of BambooHR a plus.
