• Lead a team for efficient management of operations and client deliverables • Oversee colleagues and ensure smooth operational processes • Create resource plans for future business requirements • Attend governance meetings and calibrate with client contacts • Cultivate relationships with team members and stakeholders • Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements across Operations teams • Coordinate to mitigate financial impacts of Errors and Omissions • Identify cost management practices and implement operational improvements

Requirements

• 5 years team leadership with proven success in operations and client deliverables • In-depth knowledge of functional areas such as Leave of Absence or Payroll • Able to lead and thrive in demanding environments • Effective coaching and team development skills • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Excellent computer skills with current technical knowledge • 2 years people management experience
