β’ HR Manager for North Region Stores in a remote role from Chicago, IL β’ Supports approximately 30 stores across multiple states including New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Eastern Canada β’ Provides HR support and services including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Coaching, and Performance Management β’ Fosters an inclusive culture to support company goals β’ Collaborates with Store Directors and leadership to address HR-related needs and policy compliance β’ Ensures HR policies comply with state and federal laws β’ Partners with field leaders to identify high performers β’ Develops recruiting plans to address regional needs β’ Provides support through Talent Mobility process including interviews and onboarding β’ Conducts AR investigations promptly
β’ College degree in a related field β’ 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with multi-unit responsibility β’ Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory HR requirements β’ Experience coaching, developing, and advising multiple management levels, including senior managers β’ Depth in employee relations, engagement, performance management, development, succession planning, and multi-state employment law β’ Decision-making skills: identifying issues, comparing data, choosing effective actions, and developing solutions β’ Proactive in anticipating team needs and providing clear communication β’ Approachable and problem-solving-oriented β’ Strong relationship-building across all organizational levels β’ High integrity and strong business acumen β’ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and interact professionally with all employees β’ Experience with G Suite and Workday β’ Willingness to travel locally and regionally, up to 20%
