Description
• HR Manager for North Region Stores in a remote role from Chicago, IL • Supports approximately 30 stores across multiple states including New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Eastern Canada • Provides HR support and services including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Coaching, and Performance Management • Fosters an inclusive culture to support company goals • Collaborates with Store Directors and leadership to address HR-related needs and policy compliance • Ensures HR policies comply with state and federal laws • Partners with field leaders to identify high performers • Develops recruiting plans to address regional needs • Provides support through Talent Mobility process including interviews and onboarding • Conducts AR investigations promptly
Requirements
• College degree in a related field • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with multi-unit responsibility • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory HR requirements • Experience coaching, developing, and advising multiple management levels, including senior managers • Depth in employee relations, engagement, performance management, development, succession planning, and multi-state employment law • Decision-making skills: identifying issues, comparing data, choosing effective actions, and developing solutions • Proactive in anticipating team needs and providing clear communication • Approachable and problem-solving-oriented • Strong relationship-building across all organizational levels • High integrity and strong business acumen • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and interact professionally with all employees • Experience with G Suite and Workday • Willingness to travel locally and regionally, up to 20%
