• Manage Successful Execution of Talent Acquisition & Build Brand Awareness: • Develop and manage strategic talent acquisition plans to attract diverse, top-tier talent across the US and ROW. • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer extension. • Collaborate with executive teams and hiring managers to improve the candidate experience and strengthen V2’s employer brand. • Build relationships with external partners and communities to enhance talent pipeline and future hiring opportunities. • Oversee future talent programs (e.g., internships, alumni networks) and partner with marketing on employer branding initiatives. • Manage HR Administrative Initiatives & Oversee Talent Systems Administration & Compliance: • Maintain and manage HR documentation, including job descriptions, employee records, contracts, and compliance policies. • Conduct regular audits of HR data systems (HRIS, ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. • Partner with Head of Talent to streamline and innovate HR documentation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Provide expertise in HR systems, supporting internal teams with training, documentation, and best practices for system usage. • Manage Onboarding & Offboarding Initiatives: • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with IT, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a smooth integration for new hires. • Maintain onboarding documentation and support new hire orientations. • Conduct feedback surveys and continuously improve onboarding experiences. • Lead offboarding efforts, ensuring timely system deactivation, documentation, and compliance with security protocols. • Support Employee Performance and Professional Development Initiatives: • Oversee the administration of V2’s internal certification program, supporting employees through certification processes and tracking progress. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute individual professional development plans aligned with career goals and organizational objectives. • Facilitate performance review processes, identify growth opportunities, and assist in data collection for promotions and salary decisions. • Champion V2's Company Culture: • Act as a cultural ambassador, designing and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. • Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, promoting V2’s core values in all initiatives. • Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and ensure clear communication across departments. • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve morale and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources management. • Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and compliance with employment laws. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Experience in building employer branding and engagement strategies.
