Description

β€’ A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role. β€’ A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit. β€’ A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers. β€’ All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required) β€’ Around 5 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. β€’ Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting. β€’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
