Description

• Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the HR department. • Oversee employee lifecycle management. • Support staffing requirements and manage recruitment processes. • Manage performance review processes and ensure completion. • Administer employee compliance with company policies. • Develop compliance training and provide management coaching. • Partner with Group HR Director on HR projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a human resources role with US and Canadian workforce. • Ability to meet strategic HR objectives. • Experience managing core HR processes. • Strong decision-making and evidence-based recommendations skills. • Effective communication skills at all organization levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience with an HRIS system, preferably Workday.
