Description
• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of consumer incentive programs across Instacart marketing • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape these programs and drive business impact
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in marketing such as Consumer/Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, Incentives Marketing, or similar • Prior experience owning campaigns end-to-end, including upfront strategy and ideation through flawless execution • Experience analyzing data to inform business decisions • Builds strong, productive relationships with cross-functional partners and works collaboratively to achieve common goals • Demonstrates a bias for action and a “doer” mentality, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities
