📋 Description
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments • Partner cross functionally with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions • Manage the day-to-day operations of the tools platform • Run the day-to-day operations of the platform including customizing CPQ & SFDC • Support third-party tool pilots, integrations and reporting to enhance sales productivity • Own and drive enhancements to improve the quality, efficiency, and adoption of tools • Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences • 3-4 years of applicable experience • Salesforce Admin 201 Certification • Prior experience with building and managing CPQ • Aptitude with sales technology and enablement tools • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with Sales Operations in the CPG industry
