• Responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of revenue cycle processes. • Selecting, developing, and evaluating team members to ensure compliance with company policies. • Play a crucial role in strategic planning, budgeting, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Oversee revenue cycle operations to ensure successful management of receivables. • Ensure that budgets and schedules meet company requirements. • Maintain knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations. • Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team. • Offer leadership, guidance, and coaching to direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. • Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience with AI and advanced technology implementation in RCM processes. • Strong leadership and team development skills. • Excellent strategic planning and operational management abilities. • In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
