🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of experience managing remote software engineering teams • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer in React/Typescript, GraphQL, Elixir, and AWS • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams • Comfortable providing constructive feedback and celebrating success • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in a remote-first environment • Passion for building high-quality software and fostering a positive team culture
