🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a start-up environment. • 6+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role. • Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js. • Deep understanding of system design, scalable architectures, and backend development best practices. • A track record of building and shipping consumer-facing products with a high degree of ownership. • Strong ability to mentor engineers, fostering both technical and career growth. • Excellent communication skills to influence product direction and drive collaboration. • Extreme bias toward action and execution—you thrive in an environment where you can ship fast and iterate. • Must be located in the United States.
