Description

• Support instructional improvement with school system partners • Conduct professional development and instructional walkthroughs • Provide content expertise virtually and in-person • Develop impactful adult learning experiences • Assist with curriculum implementation resources • Travel to schools across the country, weekly

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a K-2 ELA teacher • 2+ years as a K-2 administrator or instructional coach • Deep knowledge of ELA content and pedagogy in grades K-12 • Understanding of ELA standards, assessments, and instructional implications • Experience designing professional learning, tools, and resources • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience building positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders
