📋 Description
• Support instructional improvement on the ground with school system partners • Report to the Director of Instructional Support • Design and execute professional learning • Lead instructional walkthroughs • Build coaching capacity in leaders • Provide content expertise to partners
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a K-2 ELA teacher • 2+ years as an K-2 administrator or instructional coach • Deep knowledge of ELA content and pedagogy in grades K-12 and specifically in grades K-2 • Deep understanding of ELA standards, assessments, and instructional implications • Successful experience designing professional learning, tools, and resources with a user-centered design approach • Very strong oral and written communication skills • Experience building positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders • Able to travel weekly to schools across the country
