📋 Description
• Support instructional improvement on the ground with our school system partners. • Work closely with our Director of Instructional Support. • Execute professional development, lead instructional walkthroughs. • Provide content expertise to our partners throughout the country. • Conduct in-person and virtual observations and reviews of student work. • Design and deliver in-person and virtual professional development experiences.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as an ELA teacher • 2+ years as an administrator or instructional coach • Commitment to excellent daily instruction for all students • Deep knowledge of ELA content and pedagogy in grades K-12 • Deep understanding of ELA standards, assessments, and instructional implications • Detail orientation, organization, and follow through • Very strong oral and written communication skills • Experience building positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders
