📋 Description
• Support instructional improvement with school system partners • Execute professional development and lead instructional walkthroughs • Provide content expertise to partners throughout the country • Conduct in-person and virtual observations and reviews of student work • Design and deliver in-person and virtual professional development experiences
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a ELA teacher and 2+ years as an administrator or instructional coach • Commitment to excellent daily instruction for all students • Deep knowledge of ELA content and pedagogy in grades K-12 • Deep understanding of the ELA standards, assessments, and instructional implications • Detail orientation, organization, and follow through • Very strong oral and written communication skills • Experience building positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders • Able to travel to schools nationally weekly • Flexible schedule Monday through Friday
