Description

• At Intapp, the Program Manager is responsible for managing a program of software implementation projects • The Program Manager serves as a primary point of contact for the executive/senior client sponsors • Manage and drive a program plan, to include interdependencies across projects • Prepare, plan, and lead program updates to internal stakeholders • Become a trusted advisor of the client Intapp sponsor • Dive into the details in a “hands on” capacity to assist project managers • Provide management in a matrixed capacity to project managers • Manage escalations swiftly with senior client leaders • Negotiate with senior level management (internal and external) • Identify and match the skills of the project team members

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of program direction/management experience in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company or functional role • Legal, Consulting, Accountancy (Big 4) or Risk experience a huge plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented • Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task • Bachelor’s degree
