Description
• Responsible for managing complex projects • Interface between the Customer and Lonza • Ensure relationships are built and projects delivered on quality, timelines, and cost • Translate strategic vision into actionable objectives and plans
Requirements
• BS Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or STEM discipline • MS Degree or equivalent experience in Business/Engineering/Life Science preferred • PMP or relevant PM certification preferred • Some exposure to Project or Program Management preferred • Extensive professional experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals/Biotech/Medical Device industries preferred • Prior experience at CDMO within Life Science/Pharmaceuticals/Biotech/Medical Device industries preferred • Able to build consensus between customer and internal teams • Ability to influence without authority • Technical understanding of mammalian cell culture manufacturing ideal, but not required
