Description

• Reporting to the Product Category President, accountable for leadership in manufacturing. • Ensures operational excellence, structured growth, and long-term strategic management. • Responsible for delivering the highest level results in revenue, profit, cash flow, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Leads in a global, multisite environment leveraging the latest manufacturing technologies. • Responsible for development and execution of manufacturing strategies and product transfers. • Collaborates with commercial teams to ensure strong customer relationship management. • Develops familiarity with Integer products and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or similar technical discipline. • Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 15 years senior operations management experience and proven leadership in a large scale, complex, global, multisite environment. • Industry 4.0/advanced manufacturing technologies proven experiences and accomplishments. • Demonstrated experience in developing a vision and strategy and successfully leading an organization to achieving these goals. • Experienced required in developing and sustaining products in compliance with ISO standards. • Experience in a regulated environment preferred. • Proven track record of managing technical employees, building high-performance manufacturing organizations and delivering high quality products safely, on time, and on budget. • Experience effectively leading in a matrix organizational structure.
