• Responsible for operational effectiveness of an assigned region • Manage Regional Operations Managers and Client Success Managers • Lead strategy development for top clients in the region • Oversee client relationships and ensure satisfaction • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within region • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations • Oversee performance guarantees and drive results • Willingness to travel up to 60-70%

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Healthcare related field • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing operations and client relationships or equivalent combination of education and experience • High degree of client focus and attention to service excellence • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong presentation, employee management, and project implementation skills • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and EMR • Demonstrated conceptual and analytic thinking • Strong account portfolio planning and prioritization • Demonstrated track record of successful business and client relationships along with strong business acumen • Strong strategy development and execution skills • Proficiency in management of personnel.
