• To provide Lifecycle Support for the PFI Business • Supporting Contract Delivery Managers in delivering obligations • Manage lifecycle funds and coordinate applications • Ensure contract compliance and identify potential surplus drawdowns • Monitor LC funds and allocate spend • Schedule/discuss LC works with operational staff • Manage subcontractors for optimized funds • Negotiate packages with subcontractors • Carry out condition surveys and monitor work quality • Compile reports for SPV and senior management • Advise on lifecycle related issues • Review lifecycle funds for surplus drawdowns • Communicate contractual obligations • Create processes to comply with regulations
• Industry relevant qualifications • Qualified to MCIOB or CIBSE • Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector • Previous experience of developing lifecycle controls for PFI/PPP contracts • High level of administration and organisational skills • Computer literate Word, Excel, Outlook
