β’ This is a transformative role working in close partnership with the Head of Natural Capital and Natural Capital Partnerships Director β’ The Natural Capital Manager (Scotland) will play a pivotal role in developing Zulu Ecosystems capabilities and offering in and across Scotland β’ This opportunity will include being responsible for project pipeline, fostering strategic partnerships, and building relationships across NGOs to unlock new markets and revenue streams β’ Source, develop and secure high-impact commercial relationships with landowners, NGOs and stakeholders that will lead to new deals β’ Organise and attend key events representing Zulu and be the key commercial contact within the region β’ Maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and upsell Zulu Ecosystems service offering over the length of the project engagement β’ Responsible for building, in conjunction with our Head of Natural Capital, our commercial strategy for Natural Capital in Scotland β’ Build and negotiate project finance structures and modeling β’ Work alongside the wider Origination, Product, R&D and Operations teams on building a pipeline of relevant projects at pace
