β€’ This is a transformative role working in close partnership with the Head of Natural Capital and Natural Capital Partnerships Director β€’ The Natural Capital Manager (Scotland) will play a pivotal role in developing Zulu Ecosystems capabilities and offering in and across Scotland β€’ This opportunity will include being responsible for project pipeline, fostering strategic partnerships, and building relationships across NGOs to unlock new markets and revenue streams β€’ Source, develop and secure high-impact commercial relationships with landowners, NGOs and stakeholders that will lead to new deals β€’ Organise and attend key events representing Zulu and be the key commercial contact within the region β€’ Maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and upsell Zulu Ecosystems service offering over the length of the project engagement β€’ Responsible for building, in conjunction with our Head of Natural Capital, our commercial strategy for Natural Capital in Scotland β€’ Build and negotiate project finance structures and modeling β€’ Work alongside the wider Origination, Product, R&D and Operations teams on building a pipeline of relevant projects at pace
