📋 Description
• Assist the Director of Community Engagement in managing a dynamic Community Management Team of Community Agents. • Handle HR aspects of the Community Management Team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. • Support the Director by handling some management responsibilities within the agent team. • Create and oversee shift rotas to ensure optimal coverage for community engagement across different time zones. • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to community engagement.

• HR Experience: You have a proven track record in human resources management, preferably in a community-focused or customer-centric environment. • People Skills: Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members and community members alike. • Team Leadership: You have experience in leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Adaptability: You can adapt to the dynamic nature of community management, staying updated on industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly. • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver with the ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
