🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2-3+ years experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or equivalent client facing role, preferably working with a SaaS or Media vendor. β€’ Experience of 1 year or more with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is necessary. β€’ Proficiency in Excel or PowerPoint at an advanced level is also expected. β€’ Knowledgeable of Pipeline360/Integrate or similar B2B media offerings β€’ Willingness to travel for client visits as required by circumstances β€’ Strong attention to detail β€’ Strong oral and written communication skills β€’ Expert project management skills β€’ Ability to utilize resources efficiently β€’ Desire to work collaboratively with leadership team β€’ Strong time management skills β€’ Strong quality assurance skills β€’ Ability to drive customer conversations towards successful outcomes β€’ Monitor team reporting
