πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Working in collaboration with the Grant & Development Business Administrator, the Financial Manager is responsible for financial support for the Development team and strategic project financial analysis/implementations. β€’ The Financial Manager is responsible for review and/or preparation/coordination of Development financial reports and reconciliations, as well as providing detailed analysis of new business ventures. β€’ The Financial Manager will serve as the back-up for the Grant & Development Business Administrator in their absence. β€’ The Financial Manager does not directly supervise positions. However, they will collaborate with accounting/finance team members ranging from entry level to mid-level management. β€’ Draft policies/procedures as applicable for financial grant compliance. β€’ Prepare and/or review development/housing monthly entries/reports, ensuring timely completion (including work with external management companies). β€’ Assist budget analysts as needed with departmental/grant variance analysis and reporting. β€’ Assist Grant & Development Business Administrator with grant external auditing requirements. β€’ Assist Grant & Development Business Administrator and Managing Directors of Housing with evaluation of external management companies. β€’ Maintain Real Estate tracking schedule for all financial components. β€’ Organize and maintain all financial documents within ISBH chosen system and ensure compliance with record retention regulations. β€’ Collaborate with and assist the CFO on strategic project analysis and implementations. β€’ Collaborate with Accounting Manager and serve as primary backup in their absence. β€’ Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field. β€’ Master's of Business Administration designation preferred. β€’ Minimum of 5 years related experience in grant financial reporting required. β€’ Understanding of OHFA and Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing preferred. β€’ Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness. β€’ Ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software. β€’ Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
