📋 Description
• Come build a future with us. Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join the Intel Federal group as a Federal Capture Manager. • Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. • We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. • The Capture Manager will create and execute capture strategies aimed at securing government contracts, grants and research programs with various federal agencies aligned with Intel Federal's mission. • You will create strategies, plan, build winning teams and solutions, price to win, drive capture and pursuit process schedule and compliance. • Travel not expected to exceed 30% percent.
🎯 Requirements
• US Citizenship required • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in a technical or business-related field • Experience in federal capture management, large strategic customer engagements or pursuits, business development, sales, sales support, or related roles • Experience with federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g. FAR/DFARS), and contracting vehicles • Experience leading medium and large-scale capture or strategic pursuit efforts winning multi-year contracts with large government or commercial enterprise customers • Create and develop processes, assets, and frameworks to improve and scale capture or strategic pursuit capabilities for cohorts and the broader business
