• Strategic Account Management • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned healthcare systems • Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key decision makers across large healthcare systems • Lead complex contract negotiations for system-wide agreements • Create and present executive-level proposals and business cases • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions • Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned healthcare systems • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities • Develop account-specific value propositions that align with customer's strategic initiatives • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials for strategic accounts • Healthcare System Expertise • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal stakeholders • Participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape product roadmap and service offerings • Team Leadership & Collaboration • Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of solutions • Mentor and support regional sales teams in their healthcare system interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred. • 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales experience • Proven track record of closing large, complex healthcare system deals ($5M+) • Experience selling to C-suite executives in large healthcare organizations. • Demonstrated success in managing long-term strategic relationships. • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and decision-making processes • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models • Excellence in financial analysis and ROI modeling • Outstanding presentation and communication skills • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution abilities • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong project management and organizational skills
