β€’ Responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy and executing sales initiatives within the assigned territory. β€’ Collaborate with channel partners and/or end customers to drive sales growth. β€’ Identify and develop new distributors and channel partners. β€’ Achieve sales objectives in both quantitative terms (volume) and qualitative terms (diversification, coverage, risk management). β€’ Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities. β€’ Represent the company at trade shows and provide periodic training support to customers. β€’ Maintain customer satisfaction by coordinating effectively with internal teams. β€’ Ensure successful follow-ups with partners and key accounts (KAs). β€’ Demonstrate expertise in providing comprehensive solutions to customers. β€’ Develop daily sales opportunities through customer interactions, culinary demonstrations, and more. β€’ Conduct product training sessions for distributor sales teams. β€’ Collaborate with distributors and their sales teams to establish relationships with new restaurant chains, catering services, and hospitality clients. β€’ Coordinate with the inside sales team for order management and delivery follow-ups. β€’ Liaise with the aftermarket team to address service and quality-related issues. β€’ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. β€’ Achieve assigned sales goals. β€’ Focus on target segments, including restaurant chains, retail, catering, and hospitality (e.g., hotels, resorts, healthcare, enterprises, and travel businesses).

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience in the commercial kitchen equipment market. β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial kitchen equipment ecosystem, including potential customers in food service, chain restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, and resorts. β€’ Established relationships with key decision-makers in local partnerships or end-user organizations. β€’ Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to innovate and adapt. β€’ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Logical thinker with robust analytical capabilities. β€’ Willingness to learn, adapt to challenges, and work effectively under pressure. β€’ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
