📋 Description
• National Account Manager role responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new customers across specific regions. • Lead the development of FIBC and complementary solutions sales, maintain a thorough understanding of the industry and collaborate with the sales team.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience building new business and opening doors • Experience with large, multi-province customers • Prior experience in packaging and specifically FIBC sales is preferred • Experience with CRM / NetSuite • Experience in total cost of ownership and selling solutions • Experience selling to large and Fortune 500 companies • Tactical experience in developing key accounts and building high level relationships • Experience cross-selling and driving share of wallet opportunities • Ability to exercise sound judgment and creativity to solve challenges and opportunities • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, and honesty • Ability to travel 30% or more
