📋 Description
• We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Client Success and Product Support Team, where you will focus on helping our customers migrate to our latest software. • This complex and challenging position involves a blend of problem-solving, technical knowledge, communication, and coding expertise. • To be successful in this role you need to: • Love solving problems - if you’re the type of person who loves solving puzzles then this might be a good job for you. • Enjoy collaborating with other developers - about half of your time will involve information gathering and communication via email, video chat, or JIRA tickets. • Be very detail oriented - our software is very complex. • Own your work - we value personal responsibility and trust our team members to get the job done.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js • Proficiency in .NET • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Electron.js etc.) • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques. • Experience with user interface design. • Proficient with git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication skills • Experience in client facing roles a plus
