• Passionate about customer experience and solving technical challenges. • Provide technical assistance to interpreters, speakers, and attendees to ensure flawless event experiences. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep events on track. • Start by independently managing smaller events and gain experience working alongside Senior Technicians. • Collaborate globally with colleagues to ensure seamless event delivery. • Participate in ongoing training programs to expand knowledge.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum English proficiency of B2. • Minimum Spanish proficiency of B2. • Additional languages are a plus. • Consistent access to a reliable internet connection. • Ability to work independently and follow instructions from team leads and senior staff.
