• We are Bloom Growth ™—a business growth operating system supported by software. • Our proven ecosystem is designed to lead your business on a journey to exponential growth. • We provide a thriving environment that nurtures every aspect of your business’s development. • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening top-tier entrepreneurs and business coaches. • Bloom Growth Coaches guide and support our clients on the BGOS journey. • Design and execute effective strategies to attract and recruit qualified entrepreneurs and/or business coaches. • Identify and engage potential coach candidates through multiple channels. • Conduct warm calls and discovery meetings to assess candidates’ qualifications. • Provide an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates. • Build and maintain relationships with qualified entrepreneurs and/or top business coaches. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure relevance in the recruitment process. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coaching requirements are met. • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of successful recruitment agency experience. • 3+ years experience preferred in recruiting top-tier business coaches and/or entrepreneurs. • Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills. • Strong understanding of business coaching and the skills required to be successful. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, and under pressure with a sense of urgency. • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in using Hubspot deal pipelines, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. • Ability to travel.
