• 5+ years of successful recruitment agency experience. • 3+ years experience preferred in recruiting top-tier business coaches and/or entrepreneurs. • Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills. • Strong understanding of business coaching and the skills required to be successful. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, and under pressure with a sense of urgency. • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in using Hubspot deal pipelines, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. • Ability to travel.
