Description

•Company Overview: Intersect Power develops and owns clean energy resources across North America. •Location & Team Gatherings: Fully remote team with optional gatherings in key cities. •About This Position: Seeking a mid-level real estate Attorney for the Real Estate Legal team.

Requirements

•J.D. from accredited law school and current license to practice. •Ability to work during all Pacific Coast working hours. •3 or more years experience as a real estate attorney in a law firm or in house setting (in house experience preferred) •Familiarity with various real estate agreements common in the data center and renewables energy industry, including options, ground leases, purchase and sale agreements, transmission and pipeline easements, financing documents, and title insurance products. •Ability to work independently (with appropriate oversight) on real estate transactions and agreements. •Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, managing more than one project at a time. •Ability to handle self under pressure, work independently and follow through on tasks to completion in a timely manner.
