📋 Description

• Company Overview: Intersect Power is a team driven to preserve our planet through low-carbon energy solutions. • About This Position: The Senior Manager will oversee our company's data center operations, focusing on strategic initiatives. • Overview of the Department: The Strategy and Business Development team defines and executes strategies for Intersect’s product offerings, including energy storage and data centers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Data Center or related industry, with a focus on strategy, siting, or contracting. • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of data center operations and infrastructure. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. • Technical program management experience with a focus on data centers • Experience working with hyperscaler, large colocation provider, or leading data center focused engineering firm, architecture group or general contractor. • Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems in mission critical environments. • Knowledge of the data center development process - horizontal development through data center operations - and a deep understanding of development phase interfaces and independencies. • Strong relationships with leading data center design consultants, GCs, vendors, and equipment providers. • Track record of scaling a design, construction, or operations team at a data center hyperscaler, leading consulting group, or GC focused on data center development.
