• Intersog® is a Chicago-based provider of ROI-driven custom web and mobile development specializing in the delivery of full-service, end-to-end solutions, and project resources to Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and startups. • We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. • Build and maintain an automated testing infrastructure from scratch. • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality from the ground up. • Become fluent in the product, domain, and lab automation processes. • Manage the release cycle, combining multiple features into a single release and making the final call on build readiness.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a management role. • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
