Description

• Interwell Health is a kidney care management company. • Manage monthly closing process and annual audits, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. • Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS and GAAP. • Oversee general ledger activities and monitor balance sheet reconciliations. • Contribute to initiatives like the transition to NetSuite ERP platform. • Manage stock-based compensation accounting. • Develop internal accounting policies and ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting, accounting policy and documentation of controls. • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on continuous improvement • Experience and proficiency with SAP, NetSuite, or Blackline. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and leadership. • Less than 10% travel — travel a few days per year for onsite meetings as needed.
