Description

• Interwell Health seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Health Cloud and Data Cloud to drive efficiencies in kidney care management. • Oversee data modeling, sharing, and integration efforts while ensuring solutions align with business objectives. • Lead the integration of multi-cloud solutions and connected apps, ensuring smooth data flow. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, tools, and trends, focusing on Health Cloud and Data Cloud innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Integration Architect • Experience in data modeling, migration, sharing, and multi-cloud solutions. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in dynamic environments. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Previous full-stack development experience (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, and SQL) is highly desirable. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience with Mulesoft for API integration and management.
