•Interwell Health is a kidney care management company that partners with physicians on its mission to reimagine healthcare. •Seeking a strategic and collaborative senior clinical leader to join our remote team as the Vice President, Healthcare Operations. •Responsible for developing and executing the virtual clinical program and multidisciplinary clinical care team. •Ensure achievement of value-based clinical performance through scaled operations. •Lead strategic execution achieving Interwell’s mission of reimaging kidney care!
Requirements
•Minimum of ten (10) years healthcare experience, preferably with care delivery for patients with kidney disease or other chronic illness •5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations •Demonstrated success as a Senior Leader in driving and implementing operational strategies that drive organizational performance and improve patient outcomes. •Experience scaling a high-growth organization •Ability to design, execute and evaluate the overall operational strategy of virtual clinical operations in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and goals. •Active clinical licensure (preferably RN but will also consider SW, RD, Pharmacist, or others) preferred
