📋 Description
• Play a crucial role in guiding clients through IAM solutions implementation and optimisation • Work closely with customers to align IAM strategies with their business needs • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders • Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring customer requirements are understood • Handle ticketing workflows related to customer requests • Optimise onboarding and support processes for clients • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers • Conduct IAM assessments for clients and provide recommendations • Assist in developing policies and guidelines for IAM practices
🎯 Requirements
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of IAM technologies and deployments across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments • 3 years+ experience working on complex technical One Identity Manager or Okta solution deployments • Must have knowledge of either One Identity Manager or Okta with any of SailPoint, CyberArk, Workato desirable • Skilled in managing and resolving IAM issues and ensuring timely resolution • Experience in agile methodologies, including participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex technical IAM concepts into clear, business-friendly language
