Description

β€’ The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid social campaigns while collaborating with the team to achieve client objectives. β€’ Manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager. β€’ Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to develop eye-catching, performance-driven advertisements. β€’ Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results. β€’ Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that campaigns align with client goals. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. β€’ At least 1 year of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). β€’ Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for design and detail. β€’ An ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. β€’ Analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide insights for campaign optimization. β€’ High level of autonomy, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to support team success. β€’ Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work independently. β€’ Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively. β€’ Proficiency in Google Tag Manager
