📋 Description

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and prospects • Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships, possess the mindset of prospecting for new business actively, not relying solely on a lead list • Organize sales activities in HubSpot while maintaining detailed documentation and analysis of the sales cycle • Maintain high-level Prospecting skills: Complete market research and monitor client/consumer activity • Adjust sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field • Respond to company-generated leads and work through the HubSpot pipelines • Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads through phone, email, social warm/cold calling while leveraging current clients and/or contacts in the industry • Maintain high-level Sales related skills: Research customer’s individual or business needs through questions and research • Evaluate customer needs prior to all meetings and during the sales process • Act as a subject matter expert on current technologies, while displaying the ability to make recommendations for your customers and prospects • Qualify customer’s need and ability to purchase and place in pipeline appropriately • Prepare and present proposals/quotes/contracts following meetings • Manage appropriate and timely proposal follow up after initial offering • Utilize internal resources wisely to secure business deals • Maintain high-level customer service and people skills: Return all customer and internal calls within 24-hours. Follow up on customer requests and coordinate solutions with required departments/supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years' experience selling in the apartment industry • Experience working for a startup or in startup culture with a high degree of autonomy, a self-motivated go-getter who excels at problem solving • You demonstrate the utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues • You are resilient and goal-oriented, with a track record of exceeding expectations • You are passionate about new technologies that help improve the apartment industry • Maintain high-level teamwork skills and you support the success of those around you • Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects • Strong communicator with a knack for getting both customers and team members alike excited about what you’re saying • Maintain excellent organizational and analytical skills with technical abilities • Proactive ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations • Ability to suggest and pitch process improvements or suggest efficiencies to improve the sales performance • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision • Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer
