• Conduct cold calls to a list of food businesses and restaurant contacts in the Los Angeles area • Qualify leads through initial phone conversations • Schedule follow-up calls with team members for qualified leads • Learn and effectively communicate the value proposition of our kitchen leasing services • Maintain and update contact lists and lead information in the provided CRM system • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets • Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses
