• Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. • Identify sales opportunities within existing and new-targeted accounts. • Hold customer meetings and support sales and marketing efforts with presentations and product demos. • Embrace digital solutions and drive expansion of digital offerings. • Manage administrative tasks and reporting of sales activities. • Manage day-to-day customer and account relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Engineering or medical background preferred. • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices • 2+ years’ experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred. • Success in introducing new technologies to the market. • Excellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets • Ability to make communicate complex IT environments to different audiences. • Experienced working with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery and Endoscopy in the assigned region preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced matrix environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Fluency in Dutch and English mandatory. • French is a nice to have. • Travel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international)
