📋 Description

• At Invert, we are on a mission to dramatically reduce the dollar and time cost of using biology to manufacture ~everything. • Provide tools to automate the design, execution, and analysis of bioprocessing work. • Responsible for driving the evolution of our data management and analytics product. • We’re seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to bridge product vision and technical execution. • Requires strategic thinking, user-centered design, and collaboration across teams. • Play a pivotal role in turning ideas into tangible, user-friendly products that meet customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on software or SaaS platforms. • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and process, ideally on information intensive or data heavy products. • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, accessible designs. • Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in an agile environment. • Strong understanding of design systems, UX design, and designing web-based products in responsive designs (low resolution laptops to high resolution monitors) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions.
