📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Position: Customer Success Manager. • Compensation: $5–$10 per hour (depending on experience). • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week). • Location: Philippines. • About Us: Apex Capital Group is a leading real estate firm specializing in property acquisition, property disposition, construction, and management. • We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to real estate and our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders. • Job Description: The Customer Success Manager manages customer relationships, optimizes workflows through CRM tools, and supports marketing efforts. • This role also involves providing exceptional service, designing creative materials, and executing campaigns. • Must have experience with social media marketing and growing an audience.
🎯 Requirements
• CRM Expertise: At least 3 years of experience using Go High-Level CRM. • E-learning Platforms: At least 3 years of experience using Thinkific. • Customer Service: At least 3 years of customer service experience. • Marketing Experience: Proven background in marketing strategies and execution. • Design Skills: Proficiency in using Canva for creating visually appealing content. • Additional Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
