📋 Description
•We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of Account Executives at Verus Wholesale, a non-agency mortgage company. •This role is responsible for driving sales performance, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring team success in achieving company goals. •As a key leader, you will oversee account management, develop strategic initiatives, and contribute to the company’s overall growth in the wholesale mortgage market.
🎯 Requirements
•High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred). •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, with a focus on non-agency products. •Proven track record of managing and leading a successful sales team. •Deep understanding of wholesale mortgage products, particularly non-agency loans. •Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. •Proficiency in Salesforce software and other sales tools.
