• Lead and guide the area sales team in promoting TheKey's services, focusing on meeting and exceeding revenue targets. • Accompany HCLs on sales calls, providing real-time feedback and support to drive performance and improve client engagement. • Recognize and nurture high-potential individuals within the team, offering comprehensive support in onboarding, training, performance enhancement, and career progression. • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences. • Represent the sales division in strategic meetings, aligning field sales activities with broader organizational goals. • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities, leveraging data analytics to inform strategies. • Promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence within the sales team. • Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities, providing insights to senior management. • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to support overall business objectives. • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance TheKey's brand presence. • Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in relevant training programs supported by TheKey.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry. • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on field-based coaching and development. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
