Description

β€’ The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. β€’ Actively manage project scope, schedule, budget, and project tasks of one or more projects. β€’ Effectively partner with sponsors, stakeholders and senior management to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the project/s are met and deliver the desired business value. β€’ Present project concepts and solutions to customers in settings ranging from informal to formal. β€’ Provide status and proactively identifies alternative solutions that may decrease the overall project risks. β€’ Develops cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties. β€’ Creates an atmosphere in which timely and high-quality information flows smoothly up and down, inside and outside of Invisors; encourages open expression of ideas and opinions. β€’ Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations.

Requirements

β€’ 2 or more years of experience in managing Workday or other ERP system (PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness, SAP). β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and engaging presence in a virtual setting. β€’ Strong conflict organization and customer service skills. β€’ Ability to work and build relationships across multiple functional teams. β€’ Spanish speaking a plus. β€’ Willing to travel 25% (as local requirements allow).
