Description

• Responsible for leading a team of product owners • Create and maintain 3-6 month product roadmaps • Mentor and manage a team of product owners • Establish and foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders • Build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders • Partner with engineering leads to gain understanding of technology integrations • Ensure compliance-related items meet established standards • Work with data analysts to create and implement target outcomes • Partner with support team to ensure preparation for product enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product owner/product manager role • 2+ years of management experience • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in real estate, travel, or retail preferred • Experience being the owner of one or more digital products, with a proven track record of success • Experience with Agile/Scrum software delivery • Required Licenses or Certifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
