📋 Description
• Work with partners and clients to determine their digital payment business requirements using a structured discovery process. • Work closely with integrations project managers to size, scope, and plan integrations. • Document integration specifications, including payment data file layouts, Invoice Cloud API web services required to implement user stories, and webhooks to be developed by partner or client developers. • Support implementation teams on required Go-Live tasks. • Implement modifications to existing standard integrations in response to client and market demands.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience delivering Cloud (SaaS) Services for Financial Services. • 4+ years of professional experience in a consulting, software design, solutions, or technical sales role. • Proven ability to multitask on multiple complex engagements with keen attention to detail and quality. • Experience in data management, SSO-based web services (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, SQL), and user experience design (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart) • Experience utilizing API environments like Postman, Swagger, or Kong is a must. • AWS or Azure Cloud experience. • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines.
