📋 Description
• Provide technical and operational expertise in clinical data management • Lead and coordinate functions for multiple assigned projects related to clinical data planning, execution, collection, and cleaning • Develop procedures for CDM to establish and maintain high-quality data • Execute data validation plans to identify and address data inconsistencies • Implement quality control measures to prevent data issues • Perform validation activities to verify data management systems • Document data management processes to support regulatory audits • Communicate data quality issues to relevant parties • Audit potential data management vendors • Serve as a technical resource to colleagues and troubleshoot problems
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of CDM experience with 4 - 5 years of management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required • Demonstrated ability to manage people • Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) & other data management systems • Demonstrates the ability to work within budget constraints, while utilizing resources efficiently and in a fiscally responsible manner • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory requirements
